A Trip with Gazelle
The sensation and realization that comes to you during a psychedelic trip is truly an indescribable energy. It simply has to be experienced.
Although I didn’t take the full recommended dosage for a “trip” (3.5-5 grams), my first shroom experience was magical - a wave that I enjoyed riding, only once I surrendered to it.
The best way to describe the experience to people who have never experienced it for themselves, is to over accentuate the feeling [usually done through vibrant colors and optical illusions].
A shinning example of what that experience feels like, is this video [below] that I came across by Earth to Gazelle, chronicling her first psychedelic experiences with LSD, and the healing effects of tripping. The video offers sound advice for first-timers, such as eating healthy and fresh foods in the days leading up to your experience; making sure you stay hydrated; and even breathing mediations to practice before, during, or after.
In addition to shamanistic videos, the entrepreneur and psychedelic enthusiast also has a shop featuring “trip kits”, playlists, and other items to aid you on your trip.
In her own words, “Sometimes along our path we wander in directions that the universe didn't intend on us to explore. Sometimes we simply become lost, & perhaps misguided by our own souls curiosities towards distractions that aren't truly meant for us to indulge in. & that's okay. Sometimes we hoard emotions because we don't know what to do with them. We carry these weights upon us, while navigating blurry maps, attempting to find our way back to ourselves. We become weary, & desire giving up, while simultaneously having hope that things will get better, lighter, easier. Somehow, that hope & that desire navigated you here, for guidance. For answers that I cannot give you, but I can direct you back in the right direction. A direction that leads you back into yourself, deeper than you have ever fathomed. I'm here to help you explore your soul beyond the shallow surface levels that you have become accustomed to.”
